About

Ica Sadagat’s work attends to text as material and material as collective practice. She received her MFA in Creative Writing at California Institute of the Arts as the Truman Capote Literary fellow. A trained organizer and advocate, Ica currently teaches at New Jersey City University in the English department. Beneath all this, Ica spars, surfs, and believes in the liberation of all oppressed peoples, lands, and waters.
